Pricing for organizations
Organizational language work varies too much for a single rate card to tell the whole story. A short scheduled appointment, a recurring interpreting program, and a multi-file translation project have different requirements. We price the actual scope and confirm it before the work is scheduled or started.
What a quote reflects
We review the request first so the price reflects the work your organization is actually asking us to provide.
Your quote may reflect the service type, language pair, setting, scheduled time, location, notice provided, project volume, frequency, formatting, subject matter, certification requirements, delivery method, and any special access or coordination needs.
On-Site Interpreting
On-site pricing is based on the language, setting, scheduled duration, location, travel requirements, notice, and any assignment-specific access or credentialing needs. Recurring schedules or multiple locations may require additional coordination.
Remote Interpreting
Remote interpreting pricing considers the language, scheduled duration, service format, timing, and frequency of the request. We also review whether the organization needs video interpreting, phone interpreting, recurring appointments, or a consistent workflow for repeated requests.
Document Translation
Organizational translation is quoted after we review the files and project requirements. Pricing may be based on word count, page volume, file type, language pair, formatting, subject matter, turnaround time, and the amount of project coordination involved.
Recurring or Ongoing Needs
If your organization expects regular interpreting, recurring translation, multiple departments, or a mix of services, we can review the pattern of work and prepare a pricing structure that is easier for your team to budget and approve. Any account-specific or volume-based pricing is confirmed in writing and is based on the expected scope rather than assumed from a single request.
Items That May Be Billed Separately
Depending on the project, a quote may identify separate charges for mileage or travel, parking or tolls, rush service, printing, mailing or courier delivery, government filing or apostille fees, special production or formatting, third-party costs, or work added after the original scope is approved. Any applicable charge should be identified in the quote or confirmed when the scope changes.
Before Work Begins
The quote should identify the service, expected scope, timing, and what is included. Work begins after the organization approves the quote or other agreed authorization is received. If the organization changes the scope after approval, we confirm the revised requirements and any pricing impact before completing additional work whenever practical.
Organizational Billing Information
Organizations may provide a purchase order, matter number, case number, grant code, department reference, or separate billing contact when needed for internal processing. Billing workflow, invoicing schedule, payment terms, and vendor-onboarding requirements should be confirmed in writing before services begin.
Specific payment terms are not published here. They are confirmed in writing per organization, because they have not been formally approved for all organizational clients.
Need a quote for your organization?
Send us enough information to understand the expected work. We will review the request and follow up with pricing or any questions needed to define the scope.
