Accessibility statement
What we build to, where we fall short, and how to tell us about a barrier. Draft for review — the practice has not yet supplied final legal copy.
Our commitment
This site is built to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or reduced-motion settings.
Conformance target
The target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Text contrast meets 4.5:1, interface borders meet 3:1, and every control has a visible keyboard focus indicator.
Keyboard access
Every interactive control is reachable and operable by keyboard. Focus order follows the visual order, and focus is never trapped except inside an open dialog.
Motion
Reveal animations, counters, and transitions respect the operating-system reduced-motion setting. With it enabled, content appears without movement.
Tap targets
Interactive controls are at least 44 by 44 pixels, above the 24-pixel WCAG minimum, with clear space between adjacent targets.
Colour and theme
The site offers a light and a dark theme. Both are contrast-verified, and neither relies on colour alone to convey meaning.
Third-party forms
Some request forms are hosted by Google and may not meet the same standard. If a form is a barrier, email us and we will take the request that way instead.
Known limitations
Certain illustrations are decorative and carry no alternative text by design. The published rates and some contact details are still pending.
Reporting a barrier
If something on this site prevents you from getting what you need, contact us and describe the problem. We aim to respond within five business days.
